CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing Specialisation) – Classroom, Distance and Traineeships

Certificate III in Business gives you the basic skills and knowledge required to work in a business environment in a variety of administration roles. You will learn about effective customer service, communication skills and business procedures. You will be able to produce professional business and computer-based documents.

Certificate III in Business is made up of academic and practical components to prepare you for employment in a business environment. Students are required to complete 12 units, of which one unit is mandatory and 11 are elective. Students are able to tailor the elective units to best suit their individual requirements. College staff are available to assist with information on each elective.

These can be completed at our campus in Granville, Sydney (22weeks), asDistance Learning (12 months) or as a traineeship (12 months).

Smart & Skilled Funding is available for eligible students (this training is subsidised by the NSW Government). We also offer easy weekly payment plans if you are not eligible for Government Funding and Recognition of Prior Learning/Credit Transfer

 

CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support – Classroom, Distance and Traineeships

Certificate IV in Ageing Support is best suited to those who are already working in the community and/or a residential setting who wish to advance their skills and qualifications to work in residential aged care facilities. This course teaches both academic and practical knowledge of the concepts and practices required to further your career within the aged care sector.

Upon successful completion of all course requirements of Certificate IV in Ageing Support, students will receive a nationally recognised Certificate IV in Ageing Support.

Graduates of this course will be suited to leadership roles within the aged care industry and be qualified to administer medication. Job titles may include Aged or Disabled Carer/Supervisor and Home and Community Carer/ Supervisor.

The course is made up of 18 units, of which there are 15 mandatory units and three elective units. These can be taken at our campus in Granville (34 weeks), as a Distance Learning Course (12 months) or as a Traineeship (18-24 months).
